Months of hard labour have led to an actual result. I read the guidelines, listened to people in the know, discussed my ideas, and have had wonderful help from many people here on this site. Thank you. Bio::Phylo version 0.01 is born!

And now for the real work - maintenance. Who knows? I might even get actual users.
