Forgive me if I'm missing something, but if you're going to import through :DEFAULT, don't you need a %MyUserProfile::EXPORT_TAGS hash with :DEFAULT defined in it? E.g.: 

our %EXPORT_TAGS =
  ( :DEFAULT => [ qw( ProfileGet ProfileSave ProfileEdit ) ] );
