I am trying to transfer some of my Perl knowledge over to T-SQL. I see no reason why the following while statements cannot work. But the outer one does not work as expected. Any ideas? 


WHILE @B_counter <= @Time_count begin
    
    WHILE  @A_counter <= @Geography_count begin
        
        SET @A_counter = @A_counter + 1
        
    end 

    SET @B_counter = @B_counter + 1
end
