Script is like this :

my $nl = ""; while(<FH>){chomp;s/^(?!\|)/$nl/;s/^(?!\D)/$nl/; print;} continue { $nl ||= "\n"; } print $nl;

please modify the script so it will remove the blnak line from text file then concatenate the
line to pevious line which starts with | or any non digit character
