how much I am here in PM is inversely proportional to how intellectually engaged I am with work.

I was telling a co-worker about some of the stuff I had been doing ouside of work. He said "where do you find the energy to program?"

Me: "what do you mean?"
Him: "you program all day at work. how do you get the drive to do it after work?"
Me: "i don't program at work. well okay, I write code. but it's not programming."

I switched companies since then and I've been so busy that I haven't been around the monastary as often as before.
