When I use HTML::FormatText module to convert an html file with Cyrillic characterset to plain text, it doesn't work. Actually it can be open with MsWord, Cyrrilic encoding, but not as a plain text. It's the same when I use HTML::TokeParser. I would appreciate any help in this issue.
