Fellow monks,
I want to remove the flanking Ns at the both ends of this string. 
$dna = "NNNNATCGNNNTCGANNN";

[download]
Such that it gives: 
$noflank_end = "ATCGNNNTCGA";

[download]
Keeping the Ns clipped by ATCG base.
Is there a simple and efficient way to do this?
