The perlnewsbot gets the new Perl news from Perl News, but there is no credit given (that I saw) anywhere as to where it gets the news. I think it would be appropriate to, and Chris Nandor told me that if this is to be done, a copyright notice and link back to Perl News must be given. He asked me to refer you (vroom) to this FAQ, which says this in 'How can I redistribute Perl News'.
