Offhand, I can think of

  1. Hitting the hardware reset
  2. Toggling the on-off switch
  3. Unplugging the power and plugging it back in
  4. Reading your router's manual
  5. Calling up your router's manufacturer

This hasn't got much to do with perl, does it? Although I guess it's more on topic than pokemon.
