I like the option to move private messages to a scratchpad, and more powerful searching tools, etc. would always be welcome. However, I'd also just like to see a function to organize messages. Folders, tags, what have you, but be able to push some aside into a place other than just the inbox. Of course, this would probably have to be combined with better search to be truly useful, but still...
