I am sure that this question would not have been asked in Perl groups. But I searched for Help in many of the sites

But I didn't get answer for this. I am sure that perl monks can answer my question since they have enough

experience in CGI programming Using Perl.

Also I know that this is not HTML::Template problem.
Please understand my need and I request you all o answer for this Issue.

Is it possible to give Border only for left of the Table.
