When a node gets unconsidered we usually see a janitorial node that documents the act. This note is hand coded.
Would it be much fuss, to implement that when a node gets unconsidered you will get directly into edit mode with the following (or similar) template added to the bottom of the edit text box?
<p><small> $c_date Considered ([$considerer]): <i>$c_reason</i><br /> $u_date Unconsidered ([$unconsiderer]): <i>$u_reason</i> (Keep: $k, Ed +it: $e, Reap: $r) </small></p>
which would render like

(2005-12-06 18:11) Considered (rinceWind): Retitle: omit "daft"
(2005-12-06 21:10) Unconsidered (holli): Enough Keep votes (Keep: 8, Edit: 7, Reap: 0)

I mean, I'm lazy, don't I?
