Before you proceed to debugging stage, please check that directory is in @INC path. please try this command.

perl -V

[download]

The last line of this command result should contain your directory path. I think you understand what i am trying to say. If that directory is not in the library path please add this to the library path.

unshift @INC,"directory_paths";

[download]
