I downloaed the modules again and installed them, still get strange errors 
$ perl test.pl
Scalar found where operator expected at (eval 4) line 1, near "%+$nano
+second"
        (Missing operator before $nanosecond?)
syntax error at (eval 4) line 1, near "%+$nanosecond"
