Tomorrow Pair will be upgrading FreeBSD on both of our webservers. The upgrade process will probably take about 10 minutes on each box. They'll upgrade the first box at 12pm EST and the second at 1pm EST.

If people want to continue chatting and stay informed if any updates are needed please join #perlmonks-status on irc.slashnet.org.

Thanks again to Pair for providing hosting for the site. This morning they swapped out and replaced a drive that was throwing errors, before it became a real issue.

Downtime tomorrow will more than likely be minimal, and the site will more than likely be partially available at all times. However, I just wanted to warn everyone of the upgrade in case we run into issues, or they experience intermittent availability tomorrow during the upgrade.
