Well, you can always simply ask google: Crypt-SSLeay filetype:ppd. The first hit, http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/Crypt-SSLeay.ppd, is the URL for the PPD file for 5.8.x. Just what you wanted, I am sure.
