pdl_babu,
I previously asked you to check the IIS settings, look at the IIS settings for the site in question under "Access Permissions" located in the "Home Directory" tab (this is from memory, it may be named something different) "Read" is checked as default, "Write" is not. Click the check box next to "Write" and try this again. I don't have access to a server to try this on, which is why I pointed you towards the documentation, which you really should look at.
By the way, I also
don't think that giving Administrator Privilages to an IUSR account is a smart thing to do from a security standpoint. Read up on IIS security, if you are not sure what to do, don't do random things in the hope they will fix your problem at hand. Even if setting IUSR to Administrator privilages did solve your current problem (which it didn't) you may have just caused other problems that affect the whole server. You are aware that making privilage changes to the IUSR account is global, across the server?
