Hello...This may be simple, but I am new bie...I can't figure out to write this perl regular expression, and I can't spend lots of time though. So Can you please help me to write a perl regular expression which does the following. (1) Allow only alphabets, numbers and dot (.) (2) It should not specifically allow underscore(_) and other special characters... Please help me out if you can. I need this to be done in a single regular expression...:( any help woul dgreatly appreciated. Thanks and Best Regards, Dan.
