Any cluebats as to the possible meaning of the following error?

The code runs okay, except that occasionally, it appears to be using a backlevel version. Ie. The most recent set of changes do not appear to have made into the dlls. This is easily cured by deleting the dll(s) in question and allowing them to be rebuilt, but the above warning is still shown.

I'd post the code, but it is multiple largish files and I don't have a clue where to begin to cut it down?
