I've made an script, that read the list you subbmitted ... You can generate a shell script, for chmodding all your listed files: 

perl -ne '($permissions,$file)=/(\d{3})\)(?:[^\)]+\))?(\S+)/ and print
+ "chmod $permissions $file\n"' list

...
