My apology; actually I had missed a section of code to include. This is a multipart e-mail. The ${OutFile} needs to be send as an attachment and as the contents of the body. Since then I have made the recommended changes and removed the single ticks ( ' ) from ${OutFile} and change type to 'text/plain'.
What is happening is that I receive the file in the e-mail as the same attachment twice. The body is blank.
Thanks,
