I am writing substition strings to auto-code data and change data structure for typesetting using an automated typesetting system. How do I declare a HEX 09 in the substitution string. I want to change a - (hyphen) to a HEX 09 but can't place it in the string. Incidently, HEX 09 is also a tab but that is not of use.
