Give me something with more 'meat':

After the 'genius' programmer has left the project for more money, his horrible code crashes the first time someone tries to touch it, everything stops working, and the department struggles for survival, all the while the "big guys" stomp around bellowing and threatening to eat any failures alive. All is saved by a 'junior' member of the staff, who volunteers their unexpected expertise ("I know this!"), accomplishing a miracle save with a few mouse clicks, and the systems come back to life. Not wanting to be swallowed up by the all-consuming system, the entire remaining staff then bug out for better working conditions leaving the company to collapse from its own internal faults.
