The reports normally just got printed and handed out to those who needed them. I have a way to generate the .prn version of these reports and I would like to convert them to excel. Any leads to examples of this being done.
I have already speculated that a simpler goal would to convert them to csv which excel could read but that not my ultimate wish.
I still would need ways of removing the printer control characters from the file and then splitting on Form Feed to create each sheet.
