Dear Monks,

I have just run Win32::SystemInfo on my machine and it has presented me with the following:
AvailPage3185.33984375M AvailPhys1187.1953125M AvailVirtual2018.03125M MemLoad42M TotalPage3940.31640625M TotalPhys2047.00390625M TotalVirtual2047.875M

If I wanted to slow the uptake of new database intensive tasks by this machine (and leave the task to other machines in the cluster), what conditions would you specify for memory load? Also, are there any other conditions that monks would apply?
