I took a client job not knowing they are running their own server with a tech who has very minimal idea what he's doing. It's a Windows server so naturally I am having problems getting ALL CGI scripts to work.

First question is, the guy said they use ASPEMAIL for their mailing module. The only experience I have is with Sendmail. Does anyone have experience using ASPEMAIL with CGI? It looks like it's a different language all together. Also, is Sendmail free and easy to install for the not-so-tech-savvy guy they have?

I only work on servers that are setup so this is all new to me.
