Most of the answers fit, but I had to choose sleeping cycle - although I'm glad the days in which my live gave nothing to me to make avoiding a three-whole-days shift worthwhile are gone. And I'm sure I couldn't do it anymore if I wanted to...
Programming in sleep-deprivation induced trance is an interesting experience, though.
