Hi Monks,

I installed a XAMPP (Open source tool for access apache, mysql & phpmyadmin)GUI Tool for querying and manipulating data.
I can able to login with user name & password in Phpmyadmin user interface inside the XAMPP for Mysql without any issues and i can able to manipulate the data, but I am not able to login with that same user name & password through windows command prompt.

I am getting the following error:

C:\Program Files\xampp\mysql\bin>mysql root -u sbacha -p Enter password: **** ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using p +assword: YES)
I tried for the solution in lot of websites and by that suggestion I never got any solution for this.Any monks have idea please help me.

Regards,
madtoperl.
