i have a scalar say 
$scalar = "a = ID = 1234

g=Critical
h=Event-101 fatal stack error on PRI 001

i want to create an hash with the above info taking only the elements before "=" as keys and after "=" as values and omit other lines which do have "=" in them.
if there are 2 "=" in a line i want to create and hash of hash with them
note the elements within quotes are the ones with which i want to create an hash
