Damian Conway's latest journal entry is basically a tutorial on how to do Perl Conference proposals. Conway himself has 12 proposals (five talks, four tutorials, and three papers); however, "one" is an acceptable number for mere mortals. The deadline for proposals for the conference is fast approaching.
