I found this site while visiting perldoc. I am pretty much just a hack and I am just now taking my first class. I love to just read questions and see the responses of those of you who have the expierence. I don't get to use perl at my regular job and I am restrained to tinkering at home. I feel I will probably learn as much here as I will in the course I am taking.

The one thing that seems different in the perl community is that everyone is willing to freely share thoughts, ideas and even code. Thanks!
