This is not a Perl question. How much time did you spend browsing? Try looking in the /dist/httpd/binaries/win32 since you say you are looking for the Windows installer. Had you looked at the apache.org site you should have been able to find it there also, by clicking the apache project in question then Download from a mirror.

In response to "Also suggest me some good links like Ovid's node." have you tried looking in the Tutorial section of this site? Are you simply looking for more information on Apache? You have not been specific in what "good links" you want.
