Being a recent adventurer into the "fork and thread jungle", I have to ask: What is it about your project that makes you want to do this? I had a concept that I wanted to use forking or threading with ("Swarming"), and it turned out horribly. My code ran many times slower with forking than without. I never tried threading because I heard from tye that it was as bad if not worse than forking.

So I ask again, why specifically do you want to do this?
