Are you sure the names are unique for all the varying groups? If so, then 
@attrs = map { keys %{ $_->{attributes}{attribute} } }
         values %{ $data->{dataschemas}{dataschema} };

should do the trick. I think. I usually get dizzy with data structures this deep ;)
