Gladly announcing the first so-called Frankfurt Perl-Community Workshop Friday to Sunday 8..10 September. (one week after YAPC::Europe).

There will be Perl talk and Perl talks from Friday night 5 pm (rally at the Café Activ) to some time on Sunday. Whereas Friday night is supposed to be a social time, Saturday and Sunday moning will see all kinds of technical talks at the "Gartenhaus" in the back yard of Haus der Jugend. If you have a talk (of any length or perl related subject you like) to submit, do so and write in our wiki.

Main language for talks at the workshop is believed to be German, but feel free to propose talks in English, if you want to. If you are an international visitor and interested do come, we will be able to entertain you in English, too.

Please find German language information in our wiki, and add your news to it if you want to participate.

Participation at the workshop is all free (thanks to sponsorship by reneeb and his company!)
You will have to pay for what you eat and drink at the venue(s) (reasonably cheap)
and if you need accommodation, you'll find that at Haus der Jugend too (also reasonably cheap).

reneeb, strat, Corion and all the other good Frankfurt monks are looking forward to see you there!

Cheerio, Sören
