Is there some sort of module for perl that allows
you to read in bitmaps per pixel and determine each color,
perhaps RGB value or CMYK representation?

my program should:
1) print size of bmp (LxW)
2) print color value for current line of graphics, followed by a \n for the next line.
3) go to 2
