Hi,

don't be confused about it. I had similar experiences when I gave courses (Statistical Software ->SAS,SPSS) for programmers that started with a "short overview". Usually these very intelligent people feel uncomfortable with something they can not grasp on first sight.

Maybe you answered too many questions in the beginning?

Just go along with your course...
