That shouldn't be a problem as you can install Crypt::SSLeay from an alternative repository. At a command prompt do: 

C:\> ppm rep add winnipeg http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/ppms/
C:\> ppm install Crypt-SSLeay
