i have a file which contains the data as

So i want to read each line of the file and split like 
To:
san<sanjay@36.212.176.07>

[download]

so that i will assign the line to hash which has key=To: and the value=san<sanjay@36.212.176.07>

so that i will perform some RE with value which has the key=To:

plz give some hint so that i will move forward.
