hi monks

i want to install X12 module in my windows XP (i dont have admin rights!).i am using active Perl
i followed the step in the README doc type the following in command prompt : perl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
Writing Makefile for X12::Parser
make unknown command make ..
please guide me on how to proceed
