I'm kind of scared to get shot at for asking this but uhm...

I notice there's not a lot in the way of CGI::Sessions - note the plural.
If I have multiple users logged in and I want to see data on them.. by looking in the files in /tmp/cgisess_*

Obviously this implies using file, storable method to use sessions.

• Is this because typically you would use a table in a database to store that kind of thing- therefore querying is trivial?
• Is it because the different ways peope might store stuff in a cgi session is so diverse that providing a re-usable means to manage open sessions would be.. innefective?
• Is it just something that hasn't been gotten around to? Seems to me there should be an object that you can query for stuff, sessions open, remote user(names), ips .. etc
