Which shows your lack of understanding what "timely" means.

I'm confused. Timely destruction, as I say it, means that the GC reclaims unused memory when something else needs it.

Are you instead talking about finalization? That's VERY different. (The finalization strategy in Parrot follows the finalization strategy in Perl 6.
