Mornin' ppl, how are we all?
Right, I have a problem. I'm pretty new to all this but ever keen to learn. I'm trying to build a post-commit hook script for a Subversion repository based, currently, on my local machine.
The problem is this: When subversion calls a script it does so in an empty environment, hence no environmental variables. So all i get is the " 'PERL' is not recognised as an internal or external command ... " error.
The script works fine when called manually, all it does at the moment is print the arguments it is given. (which is why i haven't included any code)
Subversion only really likes to call .exe and .bat files so i have been using pl2bat.bat to convert my scripts.
Ladies and Gents ... in your own time please ...
Thanks
