It depends quite a bit on the details of the idea. Essentially the question is, how hard is it to do? That's not just a matter of implementation but also of subsequent operation. If I could write something over a weekend and run it off a computer in my closet, I would. If it's an idea that would need a team of programmers a year to implement and then a lot of facilities to run afterwards, I'd have to look for help.

Either way, it might be helpful to lay down the details to figure out what's needed. Good luck.
