Is there a central Perl project repository (or even just a directory) of end-user software written in Perl? I realize CPAN has a scripts area, but I was thinking more like how Ruby has http://rubyforge.org or how Gnome has http://gnomefiles.org.
I went to SourceForge --> Projects --> Software Map, but I don't see how I can search there for projects based on their implementation language. Also, can't seem to search gnomefiles or the fsf directory based on implementation language.
perl.org's Application Programming page has a few leads, but no directory listing per se.
Was there ever a ``perlforge''?
If there's no such directory, a simple ``Written in Perl'' PerlMonks node might be useful to keep here. Just a single-page, categorized listing of available end-user software. I searched but didn't find such a node.
