I don't know if monks are hybernating, but
castaway tells me perlmonks is discouraging google from indexing the site.
I guess PM has its reasons, but getting indexing back up would certainly be an easy way to get more traffic, and not just noobie traffic I would speculate.
Concrete example:
http://www.google.de/search?hl=en&q=%22running+a+ppm+batch%22&btnG=Google+Search
doesn't pull up
http://www.perlmonks.org/?node_id=483851
That killed about half an hour for me. Okay, maybe I forgot my coffee this morning, but still. Indexing *matters*.
Anything we could do about this?
Posts are HTML formatted. Put <p> </p> tags around your paragraphs. Put <code> </code> tags around your code and data!
Titles consisting of a single word are discouraged, and in most cases are disallowed outright.
