I use activeperl 5.88 to install catalyst framework into my PC. First I successfuly installed the catalyst-runtime 5.7, then I failed to install catalyst-devel 1.01. Perl package manager shows to me this:

ERROR: File conflict; package Catalyst-Runtime already provide C:/Perl/html/bin/catalyst.html

I then deleted the so called catalyst.html from that directory, I still cannot install the catalyst-devel.

what can I do?
