Maybe you should call it JSPOD? The project named JSDoc has already existed for nearly 6 years and is in use by (judging by the downloads) many thousands of JavaScript programmers. It's hosted at http://jsdoc.sourceforge.net/

In fact there have been a few other projects that have used the JSDoc name too, but all are derived from the JavaDoc style of commenting, not POD.
