iam now in chapter 8 in learning perl book and it soo great what is the next step or what the prefered book after that book

You probably want to take a look at Intermediate Perl next. And you'll want something that covers CGI programming in a little more depth - perhaps CGI Programming with Perl or Writing CGI Applications with Perl (though they're both looking a little old now - I wonder why there's nothing newer around).
