Please read PerlMonks FAQ and How do I post a question effectively?, this post lacks a lot of information we need. Which module are you using? You have failed to provide any code for us to comment on.

When? By whom? I have not noticed you mention anything in the CB. Even if you had, people do not have access to a long term history of CB events, so it is better to describe in detail what you have tried.
